Over the last few years, I have read the Gita several times. I find it a manual for life and feel that many would be deprived of the knowledge and wisdom it contains merely because of a language barrier and an impression that its a dated religious text. It is not. Maybe reading the small paragraphs below will make some readers change their mind and pick up the original. The chapter and verse numbers are written like this (2,47) - chapter 2, verse 47.
